Spin N Press is one-of-a-kind laundry service, which I have never experienced before! I had a pair of white shoes and a canvas bag which had... travelled with me so many times that it had become very dirty. I came across Spin N Press and decided to try out their service. When I got my shoes and bag, I was absolutely surprised! It came back to me as good as new.. so much so that I didn’t feel like wearing them again and dirtying them! Used their services twice over six months. Once for really dirty trekking shoes and once for regular city walking shoes. Very good job of cleaning... done, both times. They were also honest about some spots which just couldn't be removed when I checked in abut them. The store manager Akshay is good at customer service and could take requests for earlier timelines very graciously. The home delivery (charged extra) is good too. Overall, very professional services. Worst experience.I recently had a very disappointing experience with a laundry service in Lower Parel @ Spin n press . I entrusted them with my... daughter’s dress to remove a rose petal mark, but instead, they made more marks on it. When I asked for an explanation, their response was dismissive, saying “humare yaha aise hi hota hai” (this is how it is here).The issue isn’t about the money; it’s about the lack of care and professionalism.The feedback from both the back office and the owner was equally poor. This kind of service feels like a fraud, making money without delivering quality. I would strongly advise against using this laundry service.read more
