They don’t know how to wash shoes , when I asked will you be able to get all the dirt off , I was told mam common you know our work , I said no I... don’t , he said ok then you can find out 😂 after my shoes arrived I asked for a refund or a coupon for when I come back I’ll send them to properly wash again , no response nothing I was promised a call back , no message no call ! Just fed up following up so decided to write a review 😉read more

The staff at the desk doesn't seem to be aware of the services available . There is no mechanism to confirm if clothes will be dry cleaned or wet... washed. I used this twice for my daily laundry(machine wash) , and never were they able to tell me if my clothes were dry cleaned or machine washed . Classic case of technology being available but absence of knowledge.read more

They were also honest about some spots which just couldn't be removed when I checked in abut them. The store manager Akshay is good at customer service and could take requests for earlier timelines very graciously. The home delivery (charged extra) is good too. Overall, very professional services.
